Return Policy

1. We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Any item can be returned within five business days of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping & handling charges), if returned intact and unopened.

2. Returns authorized beyond the one week period will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

3. If an error has been made on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment. All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be the sole responsibility of the consumer. Please submit orders on-line or in writing whenever possible.

4. To receive full credit, the returning merchandise must be received in its original packaging. All merchandise returned must be in good saleable condition and in its original container. Finally, full credit is subject to our evaluation and approval of the condition and quality of the returned merchandise.

3. Returned checks are subject to a $55.00 fee.

Our online quotes are estimates based on weight and volume calculations. We reserve the right to modify shipping and handling charges. If this occurs you will be contacted for approval before your order is processed.

Free shipping offers are valid only in the continental United States.

For items with a value of $250.00 USD or more, in addition to proof of delivery, you must provide proof of signature from the recipient. 6. Shipments of liquids that have a flash point 60.5 degrees Celsius (ºC) or less are considered hazardous materials (Class 3 Flammable Liquids).

7. Flammable Liquids with a flash point at or above 38 degrees Celsius (ºC) can be exempted from the hazmat regulations when shipped by ground, but are fully regulated by air transport.

8. Any item designated as a hazardous material may incur higher shipping costs and longer shipping times.

9. If you do not know the flash points of the oils you are purchasing please log onto our web site and print out a MSDS and SPEC SHEET for the products you purchase. Law requires you to have a MSDS on file for any product you buy and store in your facility.

10. Common Carrier (FedEX / UPS): Damaged merchandise must be kept in the original container with until a DHL representative has inspected the damages. Retain the FedEX / UPS inspector's documentation, and forward a copy of it to your eoilco representative. We will then begin processing a claim with FedEX / UPS.

11. FREIGHT: Merchandise that arrives to your facility damaged must be received and documented correctly. Failure to sign a bill of lading "damaged" and/or "shorted" for goods that shipped via a LTL carriers voids your right to claim compensation from the trucking company; and eoilcolab.

Export (Outside US & Canada)

1. $100 Minimum order outside North America (US & Canada) & the Caribbean.

2. If your order requires an SED (Secure Export Declaration) form you will incur a $25 fee.

3. If you cannot arrange for shipping through our DHL online calculator, please select freight international as your shipping method. You will be contacted shortly to make further arrangements.

4. Any and all taxes and tariffs shall be paid by consignee.

5. International orders may be subject to a two to three week processing and verification period. This is to prevent fraud & negligence.

6. Orders processed on international credit cards will incur a 1.2% processing charge.
